Apart from office time, they are forcefully sent to the advisor's house alone, I have to say that if any ladies join, then it will be fine for them, there are many people in this society who To take advantage of the girls, they employ them, and if they do not obey them, then they are threatened to be removed from the job, now if someone is from a poor household, then that poor person has to obey them to save his job. I like work environment. Work-life is so balanced there.. Ujala is a good company for work. Good work environment for females also. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Growth is slow.
