I am not like for this society

Dislikes

There are such staff in this society who make their younger employees spend their money, do not spend even a single rupee from their pocket, no matter what happens in the office, even take their own travel fare from the pocket of the younger staff. The work that is not done by the staff is forced to be done, the small staff is forced in a bad way, they are forced, the work that is not done by them is forced to be done, and if they do not do it then They are told that there is no need to come to the office from tomorrow, the person who suppresses the person who respects them is forced, and if there is a ladies staff then it is thought to take advantage of it for business. Apart from office time, they are forcefully sent to the advisor's house alone, I have to say that if any ladies join, then it will be fine for them, there are many people in this society who To take advantage of the girls, they employ them, and if they do not obey them, then they are threatened to be removed from the job, now if someone is from a poor household, then that poor person has to obey them to save his job. She thinks it is right, but all this should not happen, all this is wrong, even if a boy or girl from a good family should not work with such people, it will be right, why do these people take advantage of the helpless, aren't there people in their house? are what? Some action must be taken against such people, the rest of the company is fine, but some people are low in this, and these people do not let their words go further, they force in a very wrong way, I just want to say that No one's sister or daughter should get trapped here,🙏🙏🙏🙏

Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Growth is slow.
