Compensation is standard as per norms and there is no growth at all. The work pressure is very high. The working hours normally range from 14-18 hours. They don't even provide any training.

... is no transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for on chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they no give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No There is a lot of politics and the no management doesn’t address our issues. No good Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...nywhere. I am considering one year tenure with Ujaas as a black days in my life. They are not paying my salary after relieved company with contract notice period. No work life balance in the company, all the top level management are unskilled, impotent and corrupted ruined my career.
