Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. It is not a company actually it is a college.The only positive thing I found about it is that there is low fee.

Dislikes

There is not a competitive environment, class lecture seems unproductive ....not concern about practical knowledge.
