The Credit department in this company wields significant power and its members often have an inflated sense of self-importance. Sales personnel are often not given the respect they deserve, and when mistakes occur, they are held accountable. If an issue arises during an audit, the sales team is expected to respond, while the Credit department remains unaccountable. Ultimately, the sales team bears the brunt of the workload, while the Credit department reaps the benefits without much effort."

Work ethics and if you're in plant and machinery sales division then good luck for your future my friend, the whole department's management is doomed big time. The administration of the department has many loopholes and they entertain no room for improvement or development.
