UGC company did not even inform me and stopped the work and did not pay me salary for two months before the work was stopped and is not even allowing me to withdraw my PF. The money I spent for the company's work was also not returned to me.

There are lots of new things to get learn. You'll get more exposure in every area of work. just need that spark for learnings.

Yes. only learning is best not earning. you'll get promoted to Trainee to Manager within Years but salary remain same. With New challanges that's good.

Ugc supply chain company is good but management is not good and not given such a return as per work of any employee. Specially salary hikes and other facilities.. which is good to any other contract person thn ugc employee.

Salary growth.. other employee facilities.. management , HR responses to employee regarding any work..

There is lots of politics and management doesn’t address anything also salary is delayed for 55 to 60 days and never received completely which is mention in joining letter.

They are providing daily food to poor labour under sad foundation.

Dislikes

Salary is not applicable. But new candidate can grow from zero level. And company policy is not that appreciable, management of resources is not good. Although helthy and supporting environment to everyone. Best place to learn from ground level.
