Yes. only learning is best not earning. you'll get promoted to Trainee to Manager within Years but salary remain same. With New challanges that's good.

They are providing daily food to poor labour under sad foundation.

Salary is not applicable. But new candidate can grow from zero level. And company policy is not that appreciable, management of resources is not good. Although helthy and supporting environment to everyone. Best place to learn from ground level.

No supporting during the lockdown and even not given salary.....Job security is zero. Management is not good basically plant head (Aamrapali)... Company CTC structure shown 20k CTC and it's make 13200 Rs in-hand.....overall all points are neagative.....Here no work for the future growth and best opportunity ahead.

Here no work for the future growth & best opportunity ahead....This company have no money to pay employees in a right-time payment is very delay..... Company only use the employee like condoms and wherever required then thrown away when the work has been completed.

Yes i like working in UGC again n again because of that there culture are very good as well as owner ( chairman sir and MD sir was also have good nature ) they both are supportive.

Salary was not good thats why i skip. If i want change to work with UGC again with good salary i will be more comfortable to work there.

Some of my sir who have supported me a lot are Anil Hase and Rajesh Talwar sir.

UGC company did not even inform me and stopped the work and did not pay me salary for two months before the work was stopped and is not even allowing me to withdraw my PF. The money I spent for the company's work was also not returned to me.
