Worked as software developer in ufomoviez First , alot of politics is there like government offices , partially is there in every department , also they dont give equal chance , General Managers dont treat you as team , never tries to upgrade technology

UFO is what it is today bcos of this personality Kapil who is hardworking, intelligent, charismatic, professional and influential leader.He is the one and only strong point in this Organisation.Others are purely ornamental furniture whether CEO,CFO,COO or anybody else.None of the promotors or so called founders hold a candle upto him.If it was not for Kapil the Company would be tottering.The real founder, nurturer and the one who has lead this Company to blossom is this iconic leader.Others things like work life balance etc are secondary.

...o is very unprofessional, biased and lacks any competence and leadership acumen.Bias in sharing rewards and incentives only oldtimers close to the promotors get good salary reviews and hikes new comers into the system are treated partially.Policies are bent to suit a few persons close to the CEO and Promoters.No accent on performance and the CEO Indian Operations is a shining example of the same.Career growth,promotions are given to old timers and those close to the CEO.

Ready to learn Politics instead for increasing skills, Seniors always warm the chairs, always taking credit what juniors do. You will find A complete idiots at every step. When company not need you they start disturbing you mentally as well as physically, then automatically you resign. You will find unskilled Managers but if you're skilled they never make you Manager because all superiors and Managers eating the wood from 10-12 years. I strongly recommend please if you finally decided that you're skills are now dead then joins this company... If you have power to growth your career never try for this company otherwise you will become dumb and taking abuses all the time from this beautiful company's seniors without any reason. I bet if this things not happen with you , then Im the biggest idiot in this world.

It was close to my residence, so the time to commute from home to work was negligible

Dislikes

HR Policies are more management centric rather than employee friendly. Policies get tweaked overnight to accommodate Management satiating requirements and very rigid for employees.
