The company is open to innovation and the work atmosphere is extremely cordial and motivating. Hours of work are flexible and management is supportive towards the needs of its employees. Company policies are not too stringent and the work culture is the basis of work from home , which is an added advantage to the women of today.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high however compensation is also attractive and it is designed in a way to induce self-motivation in the employees.

The best part is you pay and get certification for communication trainer and you get students what so ever for IELTS, this platform gives welcomes you with whatever skills you have and gives you a chance to outshine yourself. But you will not be happy looking at the per hour income.

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

Work culture, they do not provide salary and will deduct salary anyhow, no job security, no time limit for work- they would want us to work for 7 days from 9am till 11pm at night.
