Dominance of North - South divide. No work life balance. The more you slog - the sorry salary you are paid. Pressure to open more and more slots. Was a demo trainer earlier and sad to say , did not get time even for my meals . The counsellors used to keep calling and ordering us around. From January i have not been paid , and no amount of mails affect them( I think they undergo training for being thick skinned!!!!!). Not received any work experience letter also. What a waste of my 4 years of online teaching !!!!

...arge trainers to join them and there is no person attending any query for days . trainers haven't received their salary since oct 2023

All the trainers are very good. The students are also fun and interactive to teach. There is no explicit goal targets.

Salary has not been credited since June. Pathetic management. No grievance redressal mechanism for employees. Giving lame excuses in name of salary disbursement.

...arn 30 to 40k per month...after we pay fees several evaluations are conducted...when you think that now we will earn our hard pay money back they will not pay you your salary...no one takes any responsibility...no response from the authorities....hopeless company

...trainer in February 2024.They have no work ethics and treat us as unpaid labour.They have not paid my salary and that of hundreds of other trainers.It is a fraud company. Please refrain from joining it either as a student or as a trainer
