They never pay salaries on time and since the last 1 year, salary has been postponed indefinitely. And if someone resigns, they never pay the full and final amount. No response to the emails sent. The Founder, Co-founder, HR Manager, Yashica, the entire Management is only there to scam people. They have a program known as Emaesters where promises are made to train individuals on certain verticals after charging an exorbitant amount and provide them with employment opportunities, but the promise is not kept at all. These people here are conmen. Please don't join here.

No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

They have not created my 24 days salary and incentives.Its around 6 months still they have not cleared my f&f. Following on email from 24th July 2023. Manager ( Amit GORAIN) ,HR (Yashika Daryanani) Not responding to mails. Brand head UPSC pathshala (Himani Verma) Asking to don't disturb. They have Terminated my without any notice or Information. Not even given my Relieving Letter.

Nothing worst company My incentives worth 12k and 20k salary is pending they never gonna pay that.

They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.

Nothing Just spoil my career in this company From 2012 to Till present the company says it is startup company and just Raising fund nothing eles they will not pay for your work also Actually All should be mentioned in Dislike category But ther was limitation so I write all dislike in Like section because Ufaber is totally Dislike they don't have any Thing that should be writen in Like Section.

Everything that happens is Dislikes for me No work culture, No humanity, No Timely Salary, They are Devil 😈 😈 Don't Believe them the Will Fire 🔥 you at any Moment. I will pray to god that plz God Help to our Young generation so that they do not join this company and God Please Accept my Wish That this company should Close soon Some people are in Management Team they will come to know Power of Employee's
