No work ethics no appreciation for your efforts and achievement, they do the fake commitments for appraisal and salary hike. No matter if you're a senior manager or Avp keep checking your email before leaving for work becouse giving you surprise termination email and if you haven't got then you've to be ready for such circumstances.

Purpose driven organisation with passionate founders and a team full of achievers currently embarked on a journey to change the way children learn and the way they are taught.

Dislikes

Having to pay for small things like tea, coffee, snacks, biscuits, etc which were stocked in the kitchen's shelf regularly for free of cost at my previous organisation

Don't join this company guys, they'll just waste your time and hardwork ,so many miscommitments, there's nothing to like about this company, you have to work like slave, even after working for 10 to 12 hours a day, they don't pay you a single penny, even your fixed salary is not fixed here, the only thing that matters to this company is sale, they don't respect your hardwork.

Everything is messed up in this company, whether it's their training, working culture, salary structure, attendance policy, no proper training, even their softwares didn't work properly. So many glitches.

If i had the option of negative rating i would have given it. When you leave the company they will not clear the dues and haven't credited my salary for the last working month.

...ont be having any personal life as they want you to attend their calls any time. And won't even give you your salary for which you worked day and night.

Nothing worst company My incentives worth 12k and 20k salary is pending they never gonna pay that.

They won't pay you your money, they pay only on 15 of the upcoming month and if you resign then forget about your money they will never pay .The HR Yashika is worst.The incentive your earn they never pay. The company works on deduction only. Real School is worst the parents who get enrolled keep complaining about the classes as Operations team is not their only .You need to work not only on sales but work as Customer service also.
