The Emaster trainers were experienced and well informed and knowledgable.

1. Salary delayed for more than 2 months. 2. Technical glitches in the portal and student app. 3. Very poor salary structure just rs 75 for 39 min is a class. If student is absent trainer doesn’t get paid. 4. The Development Coaches are very rude.

You will be given students to teach when you open your slots and you can start earning, trainers are good

We have to pay 20 to 25 thousand to become a trainer and work with them. No proper point of contact and communication, i took leave for health reasons for 6mnths , documented it on email with my manager, when i came back to join 4days after my 6 month completion I was told I need to pay fees again to get trained and become a staff. Secondly, u get paid salary post 24th of every month for previous month work which is very late. For one hour you get paid just 150 , 10% TDS is deducted , so its actually 135/-

... fake company it not only cheat trainers but also doing cheating with students .Mine 5 month salary is pending around Rs60,000 they are not ready to pay me .Its a worst company I have ever seen in my life.

Dominance of North - South divide. No work life balance. The more you slog - the sorry salary you are paid. Pressure to open more and more slots. Was a demo trainer earlier and sad to say , did not get time even for my meals . The counsellors used to keep calling and ordering us around. From January i have not been paid , and no amount of mails affect them( I think they undergo training for being thick skinned!!!!!). Not received any work experience letter also. What a waste of my 4 years of online teaching !!!!
