Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One of the best tenure I had in my career with this company. The team is the best of my entire career. Particularly the onsite branch is the best, had a very good relation with onsite employees. My first onsite travel I had in my career with this company.

The Inidan management is so pathetic and because of that we lost our jobs. There is no job security and we lost our jobs suddenly.
