The salary I am getting is not justifying my qualification but it will justify after some years of experience when going to another company

Good work environment and culture.team members are supposed.company policies are good.but bonus is not available every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.no increment and no bonus.working is very hard.24 hours worked per employee.overtime is not available in the company.on the job training is not given to new joinee.

The granting of the leaves using the gate pass is ok, but every time to mention the reason was not ethical because not everyone use to follow that normal.

Very good work experience. Learning facility is very good.work pressure is high some times and sallery is also given on time.

Management is not good sometimes.internal politics destroy company profile .
