Compay is growing and uper staff is very good and salary coming on time But ground level staff is very poor and company hired like uneducated but lfor learning there is lots.

Management is poor No work management No herarchey level followed So much innovation

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address oir issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It was just an average experience, Gets salary always on time. Free from time bounded duty hours. Training and development.

The way Udaan has destroyed so many ground level staffs life by taking their job without any reason and just to save the cost employees have been removed or converted to daily wages.

There is worst leadership at West zone Mumbai/Pune/And/Mp I am first batch employees and part of growing udaan but feel unhappy to say people are unnecessary targets to leave job if management failed then they used following option. Pip Ask to leave In such covid time I have see many employees loose job working as manager. There is no training Worst conditions warehousing with unhygienic infact many time found snack, insects, bat inside warehouse. No propper sitting place for emploee. Worst canteen for empoyee Toilet are in bad quality

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
