Good environment, friendly folks and company policies are fare but tend to change from time to time, overall nice.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but the growth is less and favours are key areas of growth. Incentives are less.

...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

Dislikes

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.

I love the work culture at udaan . It actually feels like family to work here❤️ . I really enjoyed my journey at udaan and i also got great opportunity to learn new things.

Nothing much , but iam dissatisfied with the salary and benefits.

No Career growth Sales officer salary is not good as per other company . Sales office is bone of this company But company invest only on only higher level employee.

... Teammates are support there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bound of 2 years before wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
