As per udaan company is good but their management and managers are terrible specially in FMCG they will force you to resign everytime...they will not hear you're problem...they will say pocket se paise lagaw but sell aani chahiye this kind of politics in udaan...you will be in third party payroll where payroll company will not hear you're problem they will hear manager decission he will terminate you in their personal region...Read More

I was working as BDE in electronics field at dindigul. Wrongly I suspend and terminated by udaan. Forther I need explanation for that I send mailded. But upto now no reply for that.

Here no career growth in udaan. If I joined as BDE IN UDAAN, THERE is no growth.
