Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Only salary on time, if we are talking about management then it's wrost. No one listen your words, and work balance is very wrost, you have to work like slave , duty time as per offer letter is 9hours, but it's 24*7 work life. No house life no family time.

...ub manager is dictator. Company policies are too bad, appraisals forget forever. Salary deduction during lockdown. Terminate employees during Lockdown.

Lots of politics and management doesn't care about you. Salary is not as per govt. Norms. Growth forget it when you join udaan. It doesn't matter how talented or hard working you are. they treat executive like loader. No shift rotation, executive's working in night shift for last 1 year, hub manager do not listen their problems and solve their shift rotation issue.

Company is very good but Hub's operation work environment wasn't good. Teammates are supportive and the management isn't transparent. There is a lot of politics by seniors. Company policies are good, but managers are not following the same. There appraisals and salary hike totally depends on your buttering level with seniors and your reference with management, if you have doesn't matter who's performing excellent and doing hard work with his job.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but Hub areas culture is terrible with Executives by seniors (Managers and other operation management) because they are fully supporting to references persons only doesn't matter who's performing good or loyal with his work. On the job training is not given to new joinees because HR doesn't meet with any new Executive.
