There is worst leadership at West zone Mumbai/Pune/And/Mp I am first batch employees and part of growing udaan but feel unhappy to say people are unnecessary targets to leave job if management failed then they used following option. Pip Ask to leave In such covid time I have see many employees loose job working as manager. There is no training Worst conditions warehousing with unhygienic infact many time found snack, insects, bat inside warehouse. No propper sitting place for emploee. Worst canteen for empoyee Toilet are in bad quality

What I loved most about Hiveloop Technologies? The freewheeling, 'anything-goes' culture—it was like working in a sitcom. You could practically hear a laugh track after every team meeting. What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!

There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.

...the sales person is resolved quickly, this is the thing that bothers me a lot. There is a lot of discipline regarding salary in the company, only one person has timely salary, no matter what day it is, there is only one person, the date is fixed, it is spent in that date, he has worked here for less than 4 years, at any time.

There is shortage of product, as if one wants to sell but the product is not working, then one should pay a little attention to it and there is a lot of issue, buyer's waay is sometimes not solved.
