Actually I wanted to write about their new sister company TripXL. The worst management i have seen over here. Open partiality goes on over here. The COO is one of the corrupted person, he has hired all his friends and closed one in the top management with poor profiles and feeding them with huge salary package but the juniors are getting peanuts over there. I would like to request to the company MD Mr. Aggarwal to keep his eyes in to the business and justify all the seniors profiles, performance and their salaries. They are just looting the money nothing else.

They provide lunch which is helpful for those who have daily travel from home - office - home.

Dislikes

Toxic mentality and egoistic manager is handling the internal sales section, and company is not taking any proper actions against the manager.

The environment is so good, with helpful TL and managers

Dislikes

Hypocrisy from old seniors and also from the Call audit person. The culture has become worse because the person who audits calls, Come on dude you got a task to audit our performance but not to interfere in our personal life and disclose to all the directors and bosses. Which can create a big impact on employees' lives.
