Whether you work efficiently or don't, you get the same salary and same opportunities. Good performers don't get extra rewards, hence no motivation. Also it is very easy to bend rules.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...ts , timely training could make me understand job requirements as expert , Govt. Owned Bank full Job security ,Salary was sufficient to pull on family got opportunity to travel on behalf of Bank as well as with facility of LTC with family, enjoyed life and loved to work no health problem till retirement good bank balance on retirement with social security as pension . Overall satisfied with the job.

Team mates are good. Job security is there. Scope of Career growth is sound.Salary is equal to other psbs. Politics is there but it is common to all industry. Learning scope is also good. Work environment is favourable. Innovation in some areas are excellent. Work life balance is very rare
