Worst culture, not upgraded them selves and know nothing technically, zero process internally, facing huge complaints from customers

Unskilled management No systematic approach, man dependent organisation

Likes

A great technology, core into machine tool and a mechanical engineering company. A monopoly organization.

Dislikes

No strategies, daily changing decisions, no empathy. Quantity oriented than quality & sustainability. Good market share with equal % of customer complaints. No improvement culture, or a quality assurance approach. Its a difficult company for one who is skilled and experienced. Poor professionalism and hard to digest the words used.
