Unskilled management No systematic approach, man dependent organisation

A great technology, core into machine tool and a mechanical engineering company. A monopoly organization.

Dislikes

No strategies, daily changing decisions, no empathy. Quantity oriented than quality & sustainability. Good market share with equal % of customer complaints. No improvement culture, or a quality assurance approach. Its a difficult company for one who is skilled and experienced. Poor professionalism and hard to digest the words used.

Planning and scheduling is hectic non streamlined. Inventory management is also a work in progress.
