Iam a company employer but controlled by contract employer. In covid19 period 5no bus 5no train,no two wheeler so I con't able to go that time my superiors (in)directly expecting my resignation so i will resigned my job (my wife also affected by corona form August 24th to September my home was blocked by munipalty controls ) so iam resigned my job. Now I will search job sir.

Typical day at work from 9 to 6. Team mates are good. Senior staffs are friendly in nature. Alternate saturdays off & convenient timings.

Dislikes

I've to say this since it's very familiar in most of the organisation & that's one & only POLITICS. None will like you grow in the organisation if you act/ think smart than them. Moreover you'll be pulled down by your management itslef. No matter whether you work hard or working in your hoildays, finally you'll be bullied for no reason.

Working at UCAL is really like living in a Family kinda environment.

Dislikes

There's no chance and possibility to act / react on your own during crisis time. Being in a stressful job, at least for relaxation, team outing can be provided once / twice in a month.
