...ies, leaves etc. No strict work from office policy. Good learning opportunities. Better pay then other IBs in Pune.

Dislikes

Many directors have hired their own receptionists as AVP/VP who doesn't have any technical knowledge and they are just there for PPT and meetings. Rest of the team feels demotivated due to this. Promotions in some departments are not good and the management hires people with less experience at higher grade compared to existing employees. Layoffs which are going on are pathetic and there is no rational to it. Few talented people who were let go were because or their relationship with management, rather then their knowledge.

Work culture is very flexible and positive.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are not matched with performance. It’s hard to get promoted here you have to go through lot of constraints and chase people for getting promoted.

Promotions are easy if you are good worker, no politics seen in my team.

...ng else. Even after working do not expect good hike and the bonus is negligible. Salary paid is below the market.

Great work culture and ethics. Really helps build a good work life balance in the department I work in (Finance Change) where we manage projects. CS is a flat organization and hence, you can always reach out to seniors as per their availability. CS also provides free cab services to all its perms.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but year on year hike + bonus is not that great. In terms of trainings within the team, we do not have much proper documents and most of the knowledge comes from other team mates, hence, it really depends on how well can they help guide you.
