Only holidays are good on paper. You cannot avail all. Provide company transport

...Manager give false promises Evey year in appraisal. Work life balance not good You are expected to work long hours without extra compensation or any time back just because you sign 24*7 contract Manager expectations to come to office Then go home and attend more calls And provide extra on call assistance on weekend also. HR policies for name sake All final decision is on manager When you raise query about your rating or compensation hike HR and manager play ping pong Both keep blaming each other HR say manager decide Manager say HR policies

...ew is not constant in one direction. They change their views very frequently. 5) Bonus is fixed and very less. can you imagine? After so much of work during entire year, your manager will just say thank you. you will not get anything more than that.

...y most of your questions are irrelevant as it is people who make it good or bad. So work life balance, salary, promotion, culture etc are all people made which we have to decide to shape it in what way. But yeah as an organisation CS WAS a best bank, as you must be knowing that it is acquired bu UBS due to again too level politics which ruin so many employees career.

Dislikes

Majority of people from all department do exactly opposite to what they say during interview. It's 1 or 2 among 10 are complaint otherwise rest enjoy the power and run the respective departments as per thier will.

Focus more on qualification than output. Too many CAs at high level positions, so discriminate employees based on CA and Non CA rather than performance. Firm need to improve on diversity and inclusiveness
