Great work culture and ethics. Really helps build a good work life balance in the department I work in (Finance Change) where we manage projects. CS is a flat organization and hence, you can always reach out to seniors as per their availability. CS also provides free cab services to all its perms.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but year on year hike + bonus is not that great. In terms of trainings within the team, we do not have much proper documents and most of the knowledge comes from other team mates, hence, it really depends on how well can they help guide you.

Likes

Early adoption of new age technologies offers better learning opportunities. Compensation is better compared to other banks.

Dislikes

Bad Planning and Project Management, High work-pressure with no growth. No appreciation and promotions are mostly political.

Team is well spread.. Flexible work hours.. great work-life balance... Very good package... Good people to work with

Dislikes

A lot of regulations in place since it's a Bank. Yet to explore, so not much to mention.

Dislikes

...romotions and very less increments. Discrimination in the Pune and Mumbai teams. People in Mumbai get 4 times the hike and bonus (with same qualifications), and even that was less as compared to the average industry standards.

Good training programs, Team-work and innovation driven environment, generous salary and appraisals

Dislikes

Office politics play a key role in career growth, zero to minimal travel, learning in risk department is hardly replicable in other kind of jobs
