The company is dying and without any financial security or good leadership. Please refrain from getting hired in such a company where they might just throw you out without any reason no matter whichever process you are being hired for.

Dislikes

I am writing due to the recent experience that I had with the company. during the COVID lockdown they forced everyone to come to the office to work and denied giving work from home and told us that giving WFH is hampering the productivity. Then when we came to the base location which is Bhubaneswar I started facing health problems most probably because of all the traveling. In July when I got a fever I was not allowed back into the office saying that I might be an infection and was denied WFH too. I was made to stay at home without any payment or work and after 1 month the HR told me that due to my health issue they are looking for alternate people. When I started to argue that I am fine you are the ones who have made me sit at home without giving me work they started saying that my performance is not up to the mark. Let me inform you that I have never once received any official email regarding my performance issue or no warning email has been sent in that regard. This is how they operate. I hope that this review helps people seeing what these people are doing and stop being a victim just like me.
