Politics are very high in Hyderabad plant. My manager Mr. Ashutosh not good person. Work load very hight. Management not support you in this plant . All workers slipping in night shift. No one ask them , I am addressed this issue. But my manager not support me.

Team work was helped me to complete tenure there. Each and every employee in the unit will be given chance to share their thoughts to go ahead and clear the work. I can say it's a great place to work.

Dislikes

I didn't find any draw backs, but I can say retirement age to be reviewed, since the governments also increased the age limit. Should take opinion of the to be retired people, on their willing to continue, as per their requirements,and the persons capabilities to be counted.

UBL NET BANKING IS EXCELLENT RATHER THAN UBL digital it just shows balance rather than making payments bills etc every time Attention allert!!! it is requested to improve digital app for our ease.
