Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dear friends don't select this company if you dont belive my words you life will go down within a weeks this are not words my feelings I was selected in this company so I relieve from my previous company but they fire me in second month now i am unemployed I have family and children they not gave any convence amount 1.Micromanagement 2.No PF/Insurance 3.heavy work loads every time Working hours - 9.15 am to 11/12 pm (but when i asked they told me 9 to 6 only) Most work loads if you work not very faster they will irritate and fire you immediately
