Teammates are supportive, having good knowledge about the profile. You can work by yourself , no one is there to help you that means skill development can only be doing by yourself.

No salary increment No performance apraisal Management only want work but couldn't able to provide a good salary structure. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No job security Late sitting and no work life balance.
