Ever seen worst Security to the job and the worst working culture . If you are buttering your maneger you stays , u don't butter you are out without any reason said. No hr In Kolkata and management is worst seen in my carrier . Don't join here ever. Improve the management and tell the maneger to value who works hard not to save the job of the one who just butters him and does nothing, thanks .
