Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...se Uthayam and Ariser (Traditional and Trend) Both companies u have to work for. Just u will get salary and DA, Telangana manager Srinivas Reddy ,Just Doing Job for salary, he don't do work properly (dum nahi hai kaam karne keliye usko) he will play games and politics with exicutives .if you appointed for a location that u approach for, it is not important for them they will pressure u to go to the other district in the place of who resigned recently.if u say no u will be fired within minutes, and you to submit ur original certificate (SSC/Inter/Degree) in Company, so final settlement is in their hands only, I will say company will never grow in Telangana because of SRINIVAS REDDY If you want to Improve your Skills, Career in Marketing field , Don't Join in this company marketing field in Telangana.
