i want to share my best experience in a startup like UAI Autoworks (Car Mechanics)were i am working from past 5months with full dedication and i almost achieve my target and receive my full salary. For the first 1-2 months i was not able to achieve my target given by the company due the leads given by them but them i worked on my own leads also side by side and got my work done. i was still paid the full salary inspite of not achieving my full target for first few months also. my manager Abhishek is very supportive and helped me a lot. People come here thinking that its a startup and they will get full salary without any work in first two months but guys its not so this is the company where i have worked and got my full salary even after not getting my target completed but working here is mandatory on 0 sales expecting salary is not possible at all.

...t part is that the senior management is very supportive towards their employees. (employees only who work not for those who sit on 0 sale and demand for salary). I am very excited and i feel proud to say the i love the work culture of the company and its really a pride for me to write about the company. Salary is always on time even if my target is not achieved as company do see my efforts and hard work. Thank you team for all the support also i would conclude saying that work hard to fulfill your dreams.

...rt. Thank you all for you help. Working in this organization is really flexible. Salary was given on time i.e 10th. Would suggest all not to go on fake post or reviews as i am working in this organization and everything is very sorted with fixed salary on time.

... as i joined as BDA and never this growth so soon. Faculty is really supportive. My salary is on time only i need to take care is of my target which is done by me every month if i lack also any month by my target then also the management supports me especially Rohit Singh Sir.
