Company is good, work is sorted , no targets, no pressure. HR team is corporative .

Operations manager is not at all good, doesn't allow any candidate to move ahead, very manipulate, unprofessional , no new opportunities , liar , demotivates on personal level, takes personal grudges if any one takes any initiative or complains against him.

As this company started two years back in Pune there were challenges in project and process made me to learn more towards ethics, build new processes, understand business properly, increased my patience level. Good opportunity towards US travels if you are in Business coordination roles. Easy access to higher management.

Dislikes

ESS portal should be strong. Leadership should undergo people management trainings to make things more smother.
