No job security in Procurement job we saw many employee leaving because of mental torcher at work place. I mean a feed back I received is , In one go no one can get entire process to learn an deliver. Also HR team is wasting time to on board an employee an ther are leave for every 2 to 1 to 6 months . Pls management should focuse on the mentor that why is this change happening in one particular division. There should have a keen observation in this Procurement mentor.

Leaders are blind dependent on the semi knowledge mentor in Procurement division.
