warking at this institute has been a disapointing experience, a management is all politics which crete a toxic work environoment. additionly the involvmeent of non technical personnel in decision making processes often leads to misguided choices and all inefficiencyies. a clear lack of accountability among higheer authority as they fail to take responsibilitites for their actions. overall the institute internal match making hinder productivity and professionally growthe making it challenge tplace to warking.

I dislike bcoz I worked at u n maheta hospital since 3 years but my post as it is assistant dietitian trainee ... when joining in interview said that after 6 month it is increasing and the post is assistant dietitian trainee to assistant dietitian but till this is not remove plz do action about it ND remove trainee of our post .... bcoz it's been 3 years ... a long time so plz remove that

Cares for employee with great deal of learning stuff. A complete institute for a doctor to work in regards of fascilities , finances, work culture, learning with of course a very friendly and caring HR department and all the senior faculties.

I like each part of it , at times becomes hectic but at the end improves my skills

Hospital is very big with large number and variety of case. Working is like you have dedicated your life to hospital. If you are in initial phase of your career then this best institute to work.

Too much work. No increment for you good work. Every one is treated like same.

One of the worst organisation to work. This Organization has so much politics inside it and no work happening without reference. If you are known to anyone you will not have any stand.
