Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing is good about this company 👎

Dislikes

Management is very poor. Owners are fighting internally. Working environment is very very bad. Working over there means to be imprison for the contract period. They hold passport of all employees which is crime. They do not follow the written agreement or contract with their employees. I have raised my voice and filed complaint against the company to Embassy of India for my safe come back to home. This company and owners are not trustworthy at all. Beware 🚩
