Talk about teammates,training, career growth, salary, travel work environments i like all things.i love fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quaility products . i like the employee re hire policy here.

Politics and sometime travel i don't like.work presssure high.i have to work 12_16 hours straight in a day as ia have to on board work.but Maneger do not value.

The company says it is the most ethical company in the world, but the people who are sitting in Bengaluru have no ethics, principles or values. They are all self centered & most of the work done by the contract staff, the elephants will sit back & relax all the times. For any silly reason, the contract staff will be kicked out without any mercy. It is the culture of TE Connectivity & not at all recommended to work here.

Dislikes

Attitude of the permanent staff terrifies the contract staff & no job security for them, no chance for career growth, salary appraisals are not on the cards, full of bad politics.

I few years back worked in TE and one of the best work I learned in training period, there is lot of workers and employees are supporting me to learn the work and built the confidence and work handling.

The work pressure is very high, all the time I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and schedule for tomorrow work in the night. Only sunday is a holiday that too from the evening we have to plan for monday work and call and arrange for subcontractors. no second or fourth saturday. Career growth, travel, work life balance is very poor.
