...... In between 2nd and 3rd party vendors.... But expecting output is same... But salary and Incriment.... Is much more different......

Management is transparent but Managers are not supportive, company policies are good but appraisals are very worst and no bonus.

Dislikes

No team work. There is no positive culture. Safe working procedures are available but not following the rules. No disciplinary actions taken.

Good work environment, culture and there facility for Employees also good, colleague & managers teammates are so supportive and the work wise so professional with good growth, I have Enjoyed a lot in this company and moreover I have learned so much things in here as a professional, and there are management is transparent, huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are so good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company always adopts latest technology that's why I loved to work with Tyco Fire & Security India Ltd. I have also enjoyed working with my colleagues because they various states of India.

Dislikes

Compensation is perfect, but there is no training for fresher's it's very difficult to short out the issues of client. I have received mid year appraisal here only two times during my tenure.

Office politics, regional politics,no trainings,only butter polishing, Poor learning and development experience. Only particular religion and region area people can survive as they are the same as their big boss religion and region
