Likes

Work life balance because in traing you are provided the topic and you have to self study no one to ask but at exam they want 100 % output if not they discontinue you.

Dislikes

No proper training, no guidance, no appraisal, no proper management, even there is no contact between you and them in traing, just when the exam us scheduled you will receive a mail from training team(and god knows whosoever is there in this team beacause they dont provide training.)
