Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

You will like work culture if your job is secure. All of sudden anything could heapen to any one.

Dislikes

From employee company want every one should be fare but they are playing and hiding future business module from employee would be lay off due to this reason.

Brand that does nothing for its employees

Job security is the top most issue with the brand they hire on third-party payroll, one of the most unsecured brand to work with in terms of job security and growth. They don't provide any of the facilities mentioned below reason being many (not on company payroll, company policies) . They have not paid my PF( provident fund) even after 1 year of resigning from job
