Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

What is job? How to depressed in our life? we understood those things from this organization because each an every companies will pay our salary last working day of the month or first seventh working day of the month,but here we never think about our salary because it will not come properly this month salary will get after second month and claim also the same ..I suggest this company for prisoner for forgery....
