Yes. It is production company. This job suited for diploma candidate. If engineer joins don't work more than one year. Learn the machining process as soon as possible. Learn process from all department.

Only the thing if we take leave they will charge 2000 per month , without leave one person can't I think atleast they need to give one sick per month

I can guarantee that there will be no career growth in TVS Upasana. Just working as CNC operator. Company culture very bad . Not enough food from canteen ... They are giving the food as much small ..limited food. No skill development in this company.i joined as NEEM Trainee . No training from the beginning. Just doing the same work day by day minute by minute ...
