They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Head office support is "0"

•Better working Environment •All the work is going on Data base. •There is Discrepancy in Stock. •Job Security is most important for the Employees.

•Work/Salary is required as per qualification •Promotion is required as per Talent. •Mediclaim is required for all the working Staff. Currently All things is not applicable so that I requested to Upper management for that.

...y senior no tension , no pressure and company policies is very good but one que. when you appoint a person as a CL after completing 6 - 7 month make sure to keep him on pay roll bcoz he expected only that his job were secure .

Only try to do top management were doing their work properly and make sure that there was no corruption in transoprtation department i had seen thank you .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of the team that markets reliable, high-guality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time we have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Even Saturday WFH and odd Saturday off. My reporting boss is supportive.

I joined TVSSCS for a specific role, and the company HR offered me a salary based on that job profile, clearly stating the amount they offer for that role. However, after 4 months, they changed my department, roles, and responsibilities, significantly increasing my workload. When I checked, I found that the salary for this new role is much higher than what I am currently receiving. I am now fully confused about the situation.
