They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Head office support is "0"

Salary, HIKE , nill bonus and no additional benefits. And the infrastructure inside the company is poor. Like basic facilities on restroom, parking, canteen, cabin all are very disappointing

Salary poor, work life balance not good. Regionalism is there so much higher. Nepotism so much higher in this company. If you have no approach no permotion.
