They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
