They will notvrespect you. They will not give appraisals. They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit 3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity. Only salary like timely and working time 8 hours. Thancefort like the company.compqny life is balance.

Senior behaviour is not good and politics for the junior person no any benifit of company side. Now I am waiting our Experiance Letter. We have already sent the mail but no Response and not provide till now.
