...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is indecent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
They will notvrespect you.
They will not give appraisals.
They will not give salary as per agreement if you ask them they will blo blo to you.but 31 or 1st your salary will creadit
3 month Notice period because they will bloc you by your salary give them 3 month salary or 3 month you have to work even if you got a better opportunity.

Senior behaviour is not good and politics for the junior person no any benifit of company side. Now I am waiting our Experiance Letter. We have already sent the mail but no Response and not provide till now.
